From there, we configure the portal around your school's actual workflow — not the other way around. Your counsellor isn't being audited or surveilled. They're being supported with the operational layer they've been quietly carrying alone.

We configure referral pathways, session tracking, and reporting dashboards around your existing workflow. Your counsellor's way of working is respected — not replaced.

Up and running within 3–4 weeks

Most schools are live within 3–4 weeks of the Review. Quarterly check-ins refine the system as your school's needs evolve.
